As part of our 30-day happiness guarantee, we offer a no-hassle return or exchange policy within 30 days of receiving your order. You may return or exchange your item for any reason during that time. We do not accept returns for Scent Club Subscription Gifting (only exchanges). Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Please note that your original shipping charge (if any) is not refundable.
Once received at the warehouse, processing can take up to 3 days. Due to Covid-19, our warehouse has been taking extra precautions with processing returns and exchanges. So returns/exchanges can now take up to 6 days to process. Refunds can only be posted to the original form of payment. Once a refund is processed, it can take 3-10 business days to show up on your account.
Products that have been purchased outside of skylar.com can not be returned through Skylar.
